E-KAIDI SYSTEM: Management of administrative procedures and issuance of secure documents


The e-KAIDI product is composed of 5 modules that are both independent and complementary for the purpose of integrated and optimized management .

 

Management of civil status documents

Addressing municipalities and consular representations, the module "Management of civil status documents" allows both to dematerialize the process of requests from citizens, but also and above all to provide a complete and secure tool of processing and delivery by the administration of civil status documents. This in:

  • Taking all necessary precautions to preserve the security and confidentiality of treatments and data.
  • Clearly identifying the senders and recipients.
  • Making impossible any corruption or modification of information. The only people able to edit the submitted information remaining shippers (bidders) themselves.
  • Tracing in the system all processing or modification operations with time stamp.
The purpose of each treatment is to set up, maintain, consult, verify and preserve the civil status registers, prepare the civil status records, publish extracts or complete copies of the documents of civil status, the edition of civil registration tables and the transmission of information to certain administrations. The civil status registers and all the other civil status documents issued are kept for at least 100 years after their closure. List of documents concerned:
  • Family record book
  • Birth act
  • Marriage certificate
  • Death certificate
  • Certificate of custom

Management of travel documents

Through the "Travel Document Management" module, we offer municipalities, embassies and consulates a system for the issuance of:

  • Passport
  • Visa (and Residence Card for Foreigners)
  • Title of trip
 

Passport:

There is managed all stages of the creation of a biometric passport, from the request to the city hall (or consulate) to the applicant.

To obtain a passport, the first essential step is to go to the town hall to take some pictures without smiling, fill in documents and register fingerprints. In a few minutes, the manufacturing request is sent. The Imprimerie Nationale Group then manages the entire production process.

The request for a biometric passport begins with the information from the citizen's space of the form made available. Then, the applicant submits the required supporting documents and makes an appointment via the agenda available on his space; before going to the town hall or the consulate the day of his appointmentfor the registration of his fingerprints.

In a few minutes, the production request is sent to the service in charge and the passport is published according to the current deadlines.
 

Visa (and Residence Card for Foreigners):

  A Cerfa form is available from the Embassy portal for foreign visa applicants. The application system will make it possible to submit at the same time as its request, all the necessary supporting documents. The applicant is then invited to go to the embassy on the date of his appointment with the originals requested for the reception (or not in case of refusal) of his visa.

Once in the country of destination, the applicant can, if necessary, apply for an extension of his stay through the "Travel Document Management" module as well.

In addition, for better input-output management on its territory, this module is completed by a residence card issuing system once in the national territory of the country concerned; thus offering local authorities a complete and integrated solution.

Title of trip Specially for consulates, it allows the latter, in case of impossibility of issuing a passport or for various valid reasons, to issue exceptionally, a travel document of a limited duration in time; document allowing the difference of the passport to make a return trip.

Identity document management

Through this module, we make available to the public administration and its consular representations, a solution of end-to-end management of requests for identity documents of their fellow citizens.
